• 150g flour (1cup)
• 50g icing/confectioners sugar (1/3 cup)
• 1 egg
Beat the butter (room temperature) with the help of a mixer/beater until it is whitish (looks like mayonnaise texture).
Sift the confectioner’s sugar and mix with the butter.
Add the egg and mix…
Add the flour and mix CAREFULLY with soft hand.
Put the mixture in a piping bag prepared with a star tip, Make rings on the baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 15 minutes (i use an electric oven ) or until lightly browned Or 160 c for 25 minutes.
