Egg pudding or creme caramel is a classic French dessert made of simple ingredients like milk, egg and sugar. Your kids and even the elders of the family are going to fall in love with this proteins and calcium rich dessert. It’s super easy and extremely delicious…!
Ingredients For Egg Pudding :
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 7 tbsp (rounded) or to taste
Sugar for caramel 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1: Preheat oven to 180 degress.
2: Make caramel by melting sugar. Pour that in the ramekins or pudding pan. Let it Kool down.
3: Now in a separate bowl, Combine eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla, mix or beat with electric beater until smooth.
4: Pour into your serving pudding pudding pan on top of caramel.
5: Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into middle of one of the pudding.
6: Bake on middle shelf. Baking time also depends upon your oven. I’m using electric oven.
7: Refrigerate and serve chilled.
